The Journal of Contemporary Islamic Primary Education (JCIPE) published 5 articles in Volume 1 Number 1 August 2022. The manuscripts published in this first edition were written by researchers (lecturers, students, scientists, and teachers) in the field of Islamic basic education. The distribution of the authors of this first edition is also representative of the national university, starting from Indonesia (STIT Al-Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara, UIN Sumatera Utara Medan, and UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi).
