This study aims to describe the strategies employed by ustaz in integrating local wisdom into fiqh learning at Darul Hijrah Al-Aziziyyah Islamic Boarding School, the forms of integration implemented, and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of fiqh teachers (ustaz), pesantren administrators, and students (santri). Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the integration of local wisdom into fiqh learning can be implemented through contextualizing learning materials, providing examples derived from community life, habituating religious practices developed within the pesantren environment, facilitating dialogue between fiqh principles and local traditions, and demonstrating exemplary behavior by the ustaz. Local wisdom is not positioned as a substitute for the primary sources of Islamic law but rather as a contextual framework to help students understand the application of fiqh principles in everyday life. This integration also contributes to strengthening students' religious understanding, fostering respect for local culture, and enhancing their ability to connect fiqh learning with the realities of everyday life.Unduhan
