Pyschological Empowerment dan Sense of Autonomy pada Perempuan Mandiri secara Ekonomi: A Systematic Literature Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi model teoretis integratif mengenai dinamika sense of autonomy pada perempuan yang mandiri secara ekonomi di lingkungan non-Barat (non-Western). Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah bereputasi (2022–2026), hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian finansial tidak secara linear menghasilkan emansipasi, melainkan sering memicu paradoks beban kerja ganda (double burden). Meskipun layanan keuangan digital mampu memperkuat privasi aset, otonomi perempuan tetap mensyaratkan adanya dekonstruksi stereotip peran tradisional (self-stereotyping) yang mengungkung kognisi mereka. Penguatan agensi psikologis internal melalui efikasi diri dan kapasitas kognitif pendidikan tinggi menjadi akselerator vital bagi perempuan untuk mengambil keputusan strategis secara berdaulat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kemandirian ekonomi akan terjebak dalam "ilusi otonomi" yang semu jika penguatan finansial tidak dibarengi dengan pemulihan agensi psikologis internal serta dukungan regulasi makro yang afirmatif-protektif.
